Sky Bank Guinea SA is one of the subsidiaries of Sky Capital & Financial Allied International Limited, a member of the SIFAX Group. Sky Bank Guinea started its operations in the Guinean financial market in 2010, with the opening of its head office in Kaloum and a branch in Constantine, as well as a cash point in Manfanco which has just been extended to be transformed into a branch, . In November 2022, the majority stake in the bank was acquired by the Sifax Nigeria Ltd group, via its financial services group, Sky Capital and Financial Allied International Ltd. In just twenty months, the bank has experienced significant growth in all financial parameters: deposits, total assets, loans and advances, and equity, net income.

Sky Bank, with its head office in Kaloum, has opened branches across the country including seven (7) in Conakry — Kaloum, Constantin, Mafanco, Matoto, Kagbelen, Lambanyi, and Cimenterie — as well as two others in Kankan and Siguiri. This network allows the bank to meet the banking needs of its customers across the country.
